Trying to get this done. Must get this done… But I’m watching last nights episode of Saturday Night Live and I kinda love Tina Fey. I’m proud of that crush. Garnet is in love with Jack Black. I’m not proud of that crush. I might just mail this one in and watch this episode on loop until I have to go to work but I love my fellow bloggers, so leggoooo…
Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cake - Pumpkin is in full swing and is being stuffed into everything, especially my face. I love it. Coffee cake is great on it’s own but Krista from, “Joyful Healthy Eats” is spreading joy all around the internet with this pumpkin version of the delicious snack cake. If Garnet doesn’t pack this in my lunch box tomorrow, there’s gonna be problems.
Rose Neapolitan Spritz Cookies - I should have been a royal because I need a whole country paying taxes to me to support my cookie habit and these cookies are not helping my addiction. Amanda from, “I Am Baker” might have created the perfect cookie and I can’t wait till these are in my mouth, although with my two left hands they would never look as pretty.
Thai Curry Burrito Bowl with Sweet and Spicy Tofu - Normally a burrito without a tortilla is against everything I stand for in life until Garnet emailed this recipe to me the other day. I’m loving the Mexican-Asian mash-up created by Ketty, from “Luminous Vegans” and I hope you do too.
Homemade Naan - Normally, I’d say something corny like, “Naan-ya business” but the purpose of this post is to make all these recipes, “your business” so I’ll save that Bob Saget joke in my pocket. I love wrapping everything in any kind of cooked flour but I swear this has nothing to do with the tortilla-less burrito above us. I’m going to sell all my forks and replace them with this homemade naan recipe shared by a couple sisters, Kendra and Kimberly from, “Full Fork Ahead.” You never need silverware if you have naan. Fact! (T-shirt??)
OK have fun surfing today. I hope you click on all of these links and add something new to your cooking repertoire.
